Urban Jungle
Urban Jungle was born after a visit to the zoo with my daughter. The painting unfolds like a dream, a tangle of new experiences alongside memories, and above all, the healing of past trauma through the joy of watching my daughter grow. This is how the little girl in me is healed: by becoming a child again, coming down to her eye level and lingering in those first moments of discovery and curiosity.

My practice is driven by the physical need to turn the noise of a restless mind into something still.
My foundation in art began early, but my true process was formed in the studio. I don't look for perfection, I am looking for that moment when the painting moves something in you and vibrates your soul.
Each piece is an attempt to hold on to time and catch the vivid, painful feeling of being present before it slips away.
